Handling stress while keeping your routine intact.
Last week was a stressful workweek for me, my department had an expensive accident and as the head of the department, I took full responsibility and accountability for it. So all week was spent conducting training and trying to figure out ways to prevent future accidents from occurring. On the more personal side, it was business as usual. Being a 3:30 am girlie, I get up at 0330, floss, brush and tongue scrap, then get dressed for the gym and try to be at the gym by 0400 (I live about 7 minutes from the gym). I spend anywhere between an hour and a half to 2 hours at the gym, come home to shower and get dressed to be out the door by 0700 for work. I will write a more detailed post about my workout routine and what my specific goals are. On a different note, I was considering going back to online dating. I have to say I get lonely sometimes, but I do not want to start dating simply because I am lonely. i will also write a post to expound on my dating life and why I am single, spoiler alert!!!! I live a boring life lol, but I am trying to get out more, date myself more and invest in more hobbies. I am working on posting more consistently, about once a week as well as post on my Pinterest to get more eye traffic to my blog site.
